At BnH Appliances, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
In rare instances, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize but we do not accept international credit cards. If you’d like to split payments on different credit cards, please contact us. Paypal orders are billed at the time of order processing.
Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
We offer free shipping to orders shipping within 50 miles of our warehouse. Shipments outisde of the shipping range do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to an additional charge. This method does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or removal of appliances. This method does not include steps. These services may be added to your order for an additional charge by calling our sales department at 302-907-1095.
Address and Payment Verification
For your protection, we check the billing and shipping addresses on each order. We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep when your signature is obtained. If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card and rarely delays an order. If your order requires verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. We require a simple call-back (which can be done after business hours) or a fax.We also require a daytime phone number for shipping purposes.
Payment and Deposits for Special Orders
Special orders may require a deposit at the time of the order. Some manufacturers custom make appliances to certain specifications. These products are considered special orders and, therefore, any returns are charged a 45% restocking fee. You are responsible for all associated shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back.
Payments and Back Orders
In the instance a product is on manufacturer's back order, we process the order but we do not bill for payment until the product is available to ship. We may authorize the credit card while processing your order to prevent fraud. Paypal orders are billed at the time of order processing.
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please read the details of our Return Policy.
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Our goal is to ship your product in the safest manner possible while ensuring prompt delivery. We have developed relationships with a variety of carriers specializing in many different kinds of merchandise. For shipments under 50 lbs., we usually use either UPS or FedEx to send your products. For shipments larger than 50 lbs., often we use additional carriers as they specialize in handling larger merchandise safely.
Since major appliances are large and heavy, we review each and every order. Therefore, we say 1-2 business days to process an order and an estimated transit times of 7-10 days. If you are as fortunate as we are to live in the North East Cost, we will handle your delivery personally and contact you to set-up a delivery timeframe.

Specialized carriers will contact you to set up a 4-hour appointment window once the product arrives at their consolidation center.
For shipping to remain at a low cost, the shipping company only delivers curbside to your home, business, or building. Your order will be delivered during the scheduled time and you are responsible for moving it to the appropriate space in your home or business. Should you decide you want delivery up stairs or an elevator and placed inside your home, you would need to specify that you want Threshold Delivery for your order. Redelivery Fees: If a customer is not available or not home to receive a delivery during an agreed upon confirmed day and time period (4 hour) a $65 redelivery fee will apply. Storage Fees: We know things change, but we need to make sure your order stays safe and is cared for properly. If a customer cannot accept or be contacted to receive delivery of a shipped order, a $35 per day storage fee will be assessed for orders that require storage in a secure storage facility. Delivery is by appointment; Monday - Friday in all areas; Saturday delivery in some areas.
Delivery Service Exceptions
We do everything we can to insure smooth delivery and we are very sorry when we cannot complete a delivery. Safety is our number one priority and we reserve the right to cancel your order for:
- Deliveries involving unusual conditions such as hoists onto balconies or through windows
- Deliveries in unsafe conditions or that pose risk of personal injury, damage to property or merchandise
- Deliveries that will not fit through doorways, entryways or obstructed paths
- Delivery of merchandise above the third floor without the availability of an elevator
- Deliveries that require more than a 2 person delivery team
- Deliveries that are in a remote location and/or that do not have accessible roads
It is the customer’s responsibilities to make sure your appliance will fit when it arrives. The customer is responsible, before ordering, to “Measure the Path” - measure doorways, spaces, elevator cabins, turns and stairways. Please call us before ordering if possible, we are happy to discuss dimensions.
Please register the appliance once you have accepted delivery. This validates the manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before the order has shipped, we can usually waive the cancellation/restocking fee. However, there may be a 6.5% fee assessed on cancellations initiated by the customer if your credit card has been already been processed. Customers must call within 24 hours after their initial purchase to change the order. If the order has shipped, there will be a 30% restocking fee plus associated freight charges. Please refer to our Return Policy before requesting an RMA number.
Upon delivery, you will be presented with a shipper Proof of Delivery (POD). Should you notice any damage to the outer packaging, note it on the POD. You may reject the merchandise at that point and call us to let us know. If you un-wrap the merchandise and notice damage, please let us know. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling us. Most merchandise is covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. For any damage reported after 48 hours, please contact the shipper or manufacturer for resolution. Read the details of our Return Policy for more information. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
For manufacturer defects, please call us so that we can assist you in setting up a factory-certified service appointment in your home. If the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you. For repairs not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, repairs may be offered by the technician, but at your expense. Please read the details of our Return Policy for more information. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Under no circumstances shall BnH Appliances be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. All items purchased from our store are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty unless indicated otherwise. You acknowledge that any warranty in connection with all products or services offered on our site is solely provided by the manufacturer or supplier of that product or service. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall BnH Appliances or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the BnHappliances.com site or from products or services offered on the site including, but not limited to, your reliance on any information obtained from the site or the use of products or services offered on the site that results in mistakes, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, damage to equipment, and/or personal injury or death.
Price Match Policy
Our number one priority is customer service and we strive to provide the best pricing available. If you find a lower price (that includes the price plus shipping, handling, delivery, sales tax and sometimes even rebates) on an identical in-stock item from another dealer, call our customer service team and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Be ready to provide the competitor details, including shipping, handling, sales tax, and delivery date in writing. We will only price match prior to shipping; once your order has shipped, we will not match a lower price. Our price match policy can not be combined with any other discounts.
